By Popular Demand IHOP Brings Back America's Favorite Stuffed Crepes; Three Savory Breakfast Options Available for a Limited Time Only

March 8, 2005

GLENDALE, Calif., Mar 08, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- For a limited time only, IHOP (NYSE:IHP) is catering to guests' savory side with the return of its award-winning Stuffed Crepes. IHOP's Stuffed Crepes take traditional crepes and fill them with scrambled eggs, cheese and breakfast meats, giving guests everything they love about breakfast with a French twist. This popular menu item will be available at participating IHOP restaurants until April 24, 2005.

All of IHOP's stuffed crepes are served with hash browns or two fluffy buttermilk pancakes, and are available in three savory options:

-- Stuffed Crepes Supreme - Two light, golden crepes stuffed with all of America's traditional breakfast favorites - scrambled eggs, Jack and Cheddar cheeses, tender ham, pork sausage and crispy bacon - and then topped with Jack and Cheddar cheeses and sour cream.

-- Bacon and Cheddar Stuffed Crepes - This stuffed crepe is a bacon-lover's dream. Two light, golden crepes are stuffed with scrambled eggs, Cheddar cheese and crisp bacon then topped with Cheddar cheese and sour cream.

-- Grilled Ham and Swiss Stuffed Crepes - Bursting with flavor, two light, golden crepes are stuffed with scrambled eggs, Swiss cheese and tender ham.

Stuffed Crepes were first introduced as a limited time offer in 2003 and became one of the most popular specials ever offered by IHOP. In fact, this popularity and guests' requests inspired Stuffed Crepes return. The restaurant industry has also shown affection for this limited time offer. In fact, Nation's Restaurant News awarded IHOP and its Stuffed Crepes a prestigious MenuMasters Award in 2004 for "Best Menu Line Extension."

Stuffed Crepes are available at breakfast, lunch and dinner. IHOP guests can savor Stuffed Crepes at a very sweet price, starting at just $4.99. Price and participation may vary by location.
