EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE ON JUNE 14TH

GLENDALE, Calif., June 9, 2006 —  IHOP Corp. (NYSE: IHP) today announced that management will present a Company overview to investors at the Morgan Stanley Small Cap Executive Conference on Wednesday, June 14, 2006 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:10 a.m. Eastern Time. A live webcast of the presentation will be available on IHOP’s Web site at www.ihop.com, and may be accessed by visiting Conference Calls & Presentations under the site’s Investor Information section.
