On May 29, 2014, the Corporation issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors of the Corporation declared a second quarter cash dividend of $0.75 per share of common stock, payable on June 27, 2014, to the Corporation’s stockholders of record as of June 18, 2014.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Board Declares a Second Quarter 2014 Dividend of $0.75 Per Share of Common Stock

 

 

GLENDALE, Calif., May 29, 2014 -- DineEquity, Inc. (NYSE: DIN), the parent company of Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar® and IHOP® restaurants, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a second quarter cash dividend of $0.75 per share of common stock.  The dividend will be payable on June 27, 2014 to the Company’s stockholders of record at the close of business on June 18, 2014.
